Welcome to the online home of Fire Station 4 of the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department. Located in the LaVilla section of downtown Jacksonville Florida, Fire Station Four proudly serves the areas of LaVilla, the I-95 and I-10 Interchange, downtown Jacksonville, Springfield, and Riverside areas.
Fire Station Four is also home to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Special Operations Team. Combined with Station 13 in the San Marco area, the men and women of Station Four form a special operations team trained in various specialties such as trench rescue, building collapse, high-angle rescue, and anti-terror response.
Housed at Fire Station Four is Engine Four, Ladder Four, Heavy Rescue Four, and Fire Four, the District Chief of Special Operations for the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
